What We Do

Cadence Coaching offers personalized performance and daily sports,  fitness, multisport, endurance, strength, weightloss and health coaching plans. Our philosophy is based on working with each client’s specific needs, goals, abilities, and lifestyle so each plan is specifically tailored to each individual.  We also work with groups who want to train and compete together from social to corporate entities.  We know the demands of professional careers and student lifestyles from managing academic and career success to fitting in training while having fun. It's a balance of every day life that we will help maintain during your training.  Whether you are a beginner or seasoned athlete, our knowledge, education, and ability to maximize your training time is our commitment so you can lead a healthy and positive lifestyle.

Cadence Coaching offers complete sports, fitness and health coaching.  Whether you are an endurance junkie and love triathlon and marathons, or simply want to have daily health & fitness plan that targets weight loss, strength or healthy nutrition, Cadence provides detailed personalized plans that are specific to you and your goals.   Every plan incorporates multiple tools to help you reach your goals such as assessments, body composition, digital tracking, and constant coach communication.

Customized Options

Through individual, semi-private, or group and team training, there are options to meet the demands of a busy individual, student, and family schedule. Both personal one-on-one and digital training options are available and no two plans are ever the same.

Coach Christine is a certified ACE Personal Trainer, ACE Health Coach, USA Triathlon Coach, USA Track & Field Coach, and US Master’s Swim Coach.  Coach Christine also holds a Masters in Sports Administration and has been coaching for the past 10 years.
