Both types of plans include customization.  The monthly plan allows for constant, direct contact with your coach, whereas the Race Ready plans are self monitored. Feedback and scheduled changes are reserved for monthly clients.  You can’t go wrong with either one, so if you are needing help deciding, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Ironman – Full 140.6 Training

Full Ironman training requires a 20 week (5month) minimum and is offered with
the Custom Monthly Training

Half Ironman – 70.3 Training

Half Ironman training requires a 16week (4 month) minimum and is offered with
the Custom Monthly Training

** As Coaches we strive to deliver the best service and help our athletes attain their goals and best results.  Both 70.3 and full Ironman training requires more than 12 weeks of training for the average athlete.  Therefore we do not offer a one-time purchase plan for these two distances.

Race Ready Multisport- One time Plan

  • Designed for the self-managed athlete.  Plan is developed specifically for a goal event or race.

  • No Set Up Fee
  • 60min initial consult
  • 12 weeks of training & 6-8 workouts per week in 3 chosen disciplines
  • No schedule changes by coach – athlete managed.  Does not roll-over into a montly plan.
  • 10% discount on one-on-one sessions
  • 3-sport assessment during week 2 or 3 of training
  • Race nutrition planning
  • 10% off one-on-one personal training rates
Race Ready Single Sport - One Time Plan
