Coach Christine brings a wealth of knowledge, experience personal drive and desire for excellence to each client.  With a dual professional career in fitness and sports management, clients are delivered personalized training programs that meet the demands of busy lifestyles and personal goals whether Multisport, personal training, or sport specific programs.

Mom of 3 young girls and passionate about helping others achieve their personal best.  I have coached and competed in every distance triathlon.  I know what it is like to balance kids, work, soccer carpool and putting a meal on the table, all while trying to get in your own training.  I believe in a real-world approach to training that respects the demands of daily life with work, friends and family.
